A niche commercial property consultancy specialising in advising Third Sector Organisations and select for-profits and public sector bodies on property acquisitions, disposals and strategy. We work with our clients closely to develop a brief of their property requirements taking into account growth trajectory, funding, timescale to move etc to acquire the right building, in budget and on time.

We can review an organisations property assets to identify add value angles, e.g. assets that may be underused, under rented and could generate higher returns through refurbishment, leasing out, planning/change of use, disposal and also identifying onerous liabilities, surplus / redundant assets and developing and executing a disposal strategy.

Review and understand an organisations ambitions to improve, scale or diversify impact generated through its activities and how its property assets might be leveraged to help realise these outcomes.

Public Sector Estates Consultancy
Ad hoc consultancy and project management of disposals programmes, asset transfers (including CAT), acquisitions and strategy. Plus general support of estates teams who are needing a boost in interim capacity.
